Jan Kłusak MA

Psychologist, coach, project manager (Agile Project Management) in human resources management area, lecturer and HR assessor. Since 2004 Jan conducts projects, in which business merges with developmental activities for employees. Jan works both In Polish and English language.

The foundation for Jan’s coaching and advisory activities is practical knowledge gained during projects he managed (organizational culture surveys, personal audits, workshops with management) and in people development activities (coaching, feedback, career management, trainings). The theoretical basis he built through psychological studies (Jagiellonian University), certifications (Noble Manhattan Coaching, Pracownia Psychologiczna Elżbiety Sołtys), postgraduate studies and training sessions in the HRM area (e.g. Tischner’s European University, Instytut Terapii Krótkoterminowej). For now Jan builds his therapeutical skills during 4,5 – years studies (psychodynamic approach).

As a father of two sons he knows, what challenge is to merge private life with professional expectations. This area appears frequently during coaching sessions. Individual experience is additional value, which allows understanding and noticing the context of Clients’ situation.
